We will discuss on how to obtain the life of Godliness with contentment.
on this note, let's break it down one after the other.
First of all, let's talk about Godliness.
1. what is Godliness?
In God's own view point, it simply means fulfilling his desires or doing the will of God.
for example: let's say you read your Bible everyday, then it simply means reading the Bible, meditating on it, and putting it to reality, that's what Godliness simplifies.
It is when you begin to live as God wants you to live not as you want to live or not as how others want you to live, so by the time you shift your reasons to worldly inclinations and start living in the image and likeness of God, then you will be originated to being Godly and fulfilling the Will of God.
Godliness is not something that man can partake on it alone, rather, it is being obtained only through the help of the holly spirit.
2. What is contentment?
contentment is a sense of inward sufficiency, in simple terms it is being okay with what you have or being satisfied with what you have, and it's not just what you have in the physical or outwardly, but it is what you have inwardly and what you have inwardly is what you depend on, it's either God or Satan, so to be contented means to be satisfied with what you have within.
For you to remain contented with what you have, you should deprive yourself from insisting to having what others have that you don't have, which you don't have any means of provision from your God, so to be contented means that you won't be looking for provision from another source accept through your God, that is what it means to be contented.
